Who we're looking for
We hire bookkeepers who take the work seriously and want to grow. Here's what we look for.
- A degree in accountancy or a related field
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (5+ for senior roles)
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor or Xero Advisor certification (or willingness to certify)
- Strong written English for client communication
- Comfort with U.S. business-hours overlap
- A detail-first work style and genuine care for clean books
